PNG Animation Strips

Jul 26, 2005 6:07 PM by Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
Can anybody help me with a small problem I have when reducing the size of a .png animation strip.
What happens is when I reload it into DesktopX the animation, after I have reduced it's size, is that it's all out of sequence.
It sort of jumps and moves.
I am hoping that there is a setting in Photoshop when saving the resampled anim that I am not doing which is causing this problem.
If not I have to redo each and every individual frame and rebuild it. Some anims have up to 80+ frames
Please can someone help.
Thanks.

I am running the superb Tronnix theme and I put my Pop3 account stuff
into the plugin and everything is fine until I re-start DesktopX or reboot.
After that none of my account info is in the plugin - Please can someone help
me with this glitch.

In DesktopX 3 if I set an area in so windows doesn't cover it, it works ok till I reboot
or shutdown then start the computer up at a later time. The settings are still there
but alas, reserve workspace no go. I have emailed Stardock support about this problem
but have not recieved any help from them, which doesn't surprise me. I have tried to get
help from them in the past and they were not willing to help me with my problem then and
just offered me my money back(what a joke) Any other company that I have bought software
from and have had problems they are VERY quick to respond and HELP.(Adobe,Corel, even Microsoft etc).
So with that of my chest, could anybody out there using DesktopX help me to try and solve
this problem. It seems to me that Stardock are willing to sell this software for good money
but are not willing to support it..Tut Tut.
